DHCP with dialin server?

Hi everyone,,, How can I config dhcp, mgetty or pppd to assign dynamic IP to the dialin ppp interface? what I tried, a file call ioptions.ttyS0 which contains: Local IP : Remote IP to assign static IP. Thanks in advance.
