wireless configuration where?

Hi all I know that the wireless configuration is on the Kinternetbutton, but I need to be able to switch between the wired and wireless interfaces. Now I habe set the wep key and all that stuff over Yast/network card, it recognises my atheros ar5211 802.11ab NIC card, but I can't "activate" it. Is there a way to do that? I'm also searching for a way of howto shutdown the wireless interface and the way to easily switch between accesspoints (there are some at school and my own at home) I don't always want to type another interface... thanks for your replies in advance! best regards patrick
