First I can't get wireless Intel ipw2100 to work, now I can't get a Epson925 Stylus Photo to print clearly,it just prints trash on paper. This is on two different computers with Suse10 installed, cups+gimp print. I can install printer on a Fedora4 computer and setup and print perfectly. Suse10 is not ready for prime time.

So Jim, how are we suppose to take this email? Is it a cry for help or are you just wanting to vent & complain? Usually if you ask a question here or on the regular SuSE mail list, someone will try to answer or help. Up to you, your choice.

I'll take the part that say's the printer isn't printing properly, just a whole lot of trash on a piece of paper. No fonts are printed. Jim

Ok, have you been thru YaST2 to set the printer up properly? Are you sure this is a supported printer? Usually the Epson printers are well supported and just work, but there is always the outside chance it isn't. You can also check the Epson Ekowa site for additional drivers. I have forgotten the printer site to check for Linux compatible units, but quite likely if RH supports, SuSE will also. USB connection or parallel port connection? There was some information SuSE posted after 10 installed about parallel port printers. Did you reset the printer? Reset computer & printer, as in shut both down and reboot? Almost sounds as if some garbage got into the printer.
