Question for the German readers....

      HI all...

I've got one question that I need two answers for. My wife's keyboard on her 
dos system and my keyboard on my Linux system are the German type with the 
"," (comma) in the number pad instead of the "." (dot). 

Our question is how can we change that to a dot in Linux and under Dos?
