What you pointed out what that Linux is case sensitive and that there are different programs that have different kinds of spelling. The most this signifies is that at certain moments the spelling might have been different. If you look at the Novell website, it is clear that it is SUSE and the product is "SUSE LINUX Professional" Not SUSE Professional, not just SUSE, "SUSE LINUX Professional".
