Hmm.. that's odd, the script shouldn't care. Did you run it as root? Well, if it don't work, so be it. Look through the install script with your preferred utility (cat, less, joe, whatever) and you will see what it is supposed to do. As root you should be able to make the necessary changes. Let us know if you get stuck or have a problem reading the script. Tim

You don't _need_ to, normally the install script will do it for you along with editing /etc/rc.d/rc.local, which SuSE doesn't use. IIRC, the line should go into /sbin/init.d/boot.local (perhaps someone can confirm that as I'm at an NT box right now) :-(
Do i need to change anything in modules.conf ? No, the line in boot.local will do it.
