[opensuse] Boost on Tumbleweed

Mysteriously, the c++ Boost libraries are not built for Tumbleweed https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel%3Alibraries%3Ac_c%2B%2B/boost%... Should one just add Factory repo? I try not to mix these things... I see that it has been done for 1.66 by a user. I don't know if the build works.
