Out of curiosity, are you saying that you are able to sync up your mobile phone using opensuse? I use my mobile phone (Motorola) for appointments all the time but haven't found a way to sync it with Linux. I have Motorola phone tools installed on a dual boot computer and have to sync up my phone using windows only. If you know of a way to sync the phone with Linux and integrate the data into evolution or korganizer, please let me know how you do it.
