Per other posts in this thread, all the desktops supported will be offered on an equal basis with no default.
However, without warning that KDE4 is still beta (by any sane definition), people will see 3.5 and 4, and decide higher is better and get a really bad experience.
It needs to have specific verbiage stating its still not fully functional, and until it is fully functional, it should strongly suggest installing 3.5 as well so that users can select their session at login and get back to fully functional again.
It is not possible to select both desktops during installation process - I"ve tried. It's either one of the other..... One has to install the second option using Yast2 AFTER the installation has completed (and after your first login).
