Yep, I've been getting the same thing. I think someone is sniffing/grabbing email headers from the list and using it for an autobot reply for their spam. I bet if you followed the link you would be getting loads of fun new spam messages. Everytime I send a mail to this mailing list, I get a strange email in German. I don't read German, so I don't know what it is all about. I didn't click on the link in case it is spam. The subject line is always "Autoreply:" followed by the subject of my mail and the sender is always jan.seewald@my-mail.ch. The problem started only today. Has anyone had it?
