Not with openSUSE, but with Debian. We used to have the StarTech Dual ones (Part# PEXUSB312A, PCIe) to connect our PtGrey Grasshopper cameras. Was a somewhat older Version of Debian, so I'd expect them to work nicely with oS, too. Meanwhile we replaced the mainboards, so I only have them lying in the shelf.
