[opensuse] OpenSUSE Updater not updating ?

Hi, My openSUSE Updater doesn't seem to install the updates ? After selecting the updates/patches and clicking "Install", it displays downloading, cleaning cache, building cache, downloading etc.. But eventually ends up with another notification that there is new software available. How can I get it to actually install ?
