How do you set the wallpaper from gwenview in kde4? In kde3 you just
clicked external tools -> set wallpaper (or set tiled wallpaper). I have looked and can't find it in gwenview 2.40 in kde 4.4-1. Is there some external tool I need to activate?
Drag an image from the gwenview browser to the desktop, select Wallpaper (or Picture Frame if you are making a gallery on your desktop).
That's what I'm looking for.
Now I just have to find some open desktop space to drag it too :p Thanks Will, that's good stuff it works great. (Just make sure you click on "Image" and not the "wallpaper" part of the menu) (I figured out that was only a heading after about 5 clicks :-)
It would be nice if DnD to the pager worked like DnD to the desktop, wouldn't it? https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=230823
Now if we just had the help system working, I could have figured that out on my own :-) When I click on help in qwenview, I currently get the kde 3 help page for qwenview. Is that supposed to be happening? Is the KDE4 gwenview page working yet?
Hm, I have the KDE 4 gwenview docs here. The screenshots need refreshing though. Are you sure you viewed the gwenview docs in the KDE 4 khelpcenter?
