I'm planning to buy a bluetooth USB dongle and would be grateful for any specific recommendations (models/chipsets etc) or things to watch out for. Or useful URLs.
I don't have any specific recommendations. Every USB Bluetooth dongle I've plugged into a computer using SUSE 10.0 and up has just worked - assuming the Bluetooth software was already installed (I can't speak for 9.3 since I can't remember that far back). Maybe I've been lucky... I've even had the freebee Bluetooth dongles that are giveaways at trade shows and computer stores simply work with no tinkering - in fact that's where I've picked up all but one of my Bluetooth dongles.
