Clock app in Kicker

Sorry, my new HD started having errors, so I had to replace, which meant reinstall and reupgrade. I don't think it was like this before, but is there an AM/PM option for the clock app in kicker? KDE2.2.2, SuSE 7.3, 2.4.16. It is now in a 24 hr format, and though I have looked and looked, I find no place to change it.
