Saw this continuing error when zypper was refreshing repositories:
Problem retrieving files from 'repo-src-oss'. Download (curl) error for
'https://mirrorcache-us-east.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/src-oss/repodata/re...': Error code: Connection failed Error message: Could not resolve host: downloadcontent2.opensuse.orgsource
I notice that "dig downloadcontent2.opensuse.orgsource" returns an NXDOMAIN error for me -- I don't think "orgsource" is a valid top-level domain. I can do updates without errors, but that's probably because I'm on the west coast; I bet I'm using a different mirror. Since "dig downloadcontent2.opensuse.org" finds an IP address, I would report this as a configuration bug.
In checking the status of the OpenSuse network I notice problems with some mirrors. I'll wait for a while to see if it gets sorted out and if not I'll file a bug (somewhere ??).
Hi, issues can be reported in by sending an email to admin@opensuse.org, or directly by creating a ticket in https://progress.opensuse.org/projects/opensuse-admin/issues.
Thanks
