With all the problems and bugs following the release of the latest OpenSUSE 10.1. I find it hard to believe that I am the only one, who would find it pertinent, to ask a question for the upcoming OpenSUSE Status Meeting 2006-05-30.
Those of us who have followed the 10.1 development proces are not surprised by what's happening. We know what's going on and why - and don't really have any more questions about it. We have filed our bug reports and feedback and all we can do now is wait for the developers to patch things - and help people work around the problems - and try to control the damage done to the SUSE name and reputation. (Unless of course you code c++ and mono, in that case there's plenty for you to do I think). Btw. nice to see a fellow Scandinavian on the list. Gives me a chance to promote my Danish SUSE Linux beginner's guide - I think it should be readable for Norwegians too. http://suse.linuxin.dk If you don't wish to expose newbs to the trials and tribulations of 10.1, here's a guide for 10.0: http://suse.linuxin.dk/10.0 Martin / cb400f
