[opensuse] systemd-journal: Forwarding to syslog missed 1 messages. ?

This is a brand new 13.2+updates system - a desktop that isn't even being used. I have syslog-ng 3.6.2. According to 'man journald.conf', the default is to have 'ForwardToSyslog=yes', but with barely messages flowing (it's mostly "Forwarding to syslog missed x messages."), why are they missed?
