Problem installing gnome-thems-extras from ULB

      During install with Apt/Synaptic I get a message:

"file /opt/gnome/share/themes/Industrial/libindustrial.so from install
of gnome-themes-extras-0.7-100.SuSE.ulb.3 conflicts with file from
package gnome-themes-2.4.1-109"

and similar messages for .../themes/Industrial/gtk-2.0/gtkrc,
...themes/Industrial/index.theme and
.../themes/Industrial/metacity-1/metacity-theme-1.xml

What to do?
