XSane

Now that I can see the Epson printer and print to it, I would like to get the scanner to work also. When I select XSane Scanner Tool,  I get a box "no devices available" --the scanner is part of the Epson printer and works manually. I wonder if this is the  problem I had several years ago that required an addition to one of the driver files, but I don't know how to find out. I think I did mention it in a note to the group, but I don't know if that was for the scanner or the printer. (Also, there seem to be several email paths to the folks at OS, so I don't know which one it would have been.) --doug
