Hi Yes. That happened to me too. The update installed amarok 2.2. I used Yast to downgrade it to 2.1.1 and all was well again.

Tried on new created user, (empty .kde4, local, etc...) without
luck..
At leat 1.4 works ;-(
I just installed 4.3.5 and other updates this morning using YaST. I retained my old Amarok (did not allow it to update) My Amarok is:
amarok-2.2.1-46.2.x86_64 KDE 4.3.5 openSUSE 11.2 x86_64
All my multimedia files are from Packman. Did you use the packman files as recommended?
