Hello;

At one time, there was some keystroke combination (Alt-F3 maybe?) that would unfreeze a KDE desktop and deliver a /new/ desktop or at least allow one to bring up a terminal to go in and kill an offending or hung process. Does anyone know? Thanks!
CTRL-ALT-F[1..6] for a text console?
Thanks to Dylan, Dave, Per and Johannes for all of these great tools! Yes, sometimes I /do/ seem to need the Cntl-Alt-Backspace trick but I will keep all of these attached to the corner of the monitor.
