[S.u.S.E. Linux] upgrading tcl/tk

I am running SuSE 5.1 and would like to upgrade the tcl/tk stuff. What exactly do I need to do to get there? I see a bunch of rpm files and I also see something called tcl new and tk new on the dist cd. One of the rpm web sites has a whole bunch of this stuff. Thanks. -- Michael E.
