Look at the search bar. At the left of the search bard, what does it say? It should say "openSUSE Leap 15.1" or "All distributions". Does it say "Tumbleweed"? Click and change it.
I have attached the screen capture of what I see in that page. I am sending a copy of this screen capture directly to you and Per Jessen, so you can see for yourself. Notice the URL in that image is what you sent me, yet we get different sites.
