Nor quite. You need to also install libdvdcss. Search on the packman site for detailed instructions.
libdvdcss is not on packman ASAIK. I tried looking for it but received the error message stating that because of new copyright law in Germany libdvdcss is not available. Fortunately I had a copy of it from the pre-stupidity times.
