/etc/inittab を見て、runlevelを3にして起動してrootアカウントでログイ ンし # sax2 -r -m 0=chrome9 を実行しました。 xのコンソールから実行した結果とは少し違い、設定画面が表示されずに、色が単 色で変わっていく状況になりました。 しばらく待ってもかわらないので、ctrl+alt+backspaceでコンソールに戻 りました。 xorg.confの値は、実行後も変わっていないです。 # sax2 -r -m 0=chrome9 を実行したときのログ(SaX.log.1)を見ると、chrome9の設定値になって いました。 xorg.confの値が変わっていないので、意味があるのかどうかわからなのですが、 HorizSync 30-48.3 が大きく違い60になっていたので、48.3にして sax2 を起動しても変わらないで す。(値の設定を変更するので当たり前かもしれません) xorg.confが変更されないので、この状態でstartxをしても正常起動しているの で(vesaドライバで起動)バックアップしておいたxorg.confにいちど戻し xorg.confのdriver="chrome9"に変更し、startxしてみました。 このときも色が単色で変わっていく状況になりました。(xorg.0.log.1) HorizSync 30-62 を HorizSync 30-48.3 に変更してstrtx このときも色が単色で変わっていく状況になりました。(xorg.0.log.2)
・ドライバがロードされていない ・ドライバはロードされているが画面表示が期待通りにならない のいずれかで、見るべきところ、対処方法は異なります。まずはそこを 切り分けないと先に進めなくなりますので「…だと思う」で決め込んで しまわず、chrome9がロードされているのかいないのかを確認すべきか と思います。
