Hola a todos, tengo SuSE 7.3 instalado en un pc en el que estoy intentando dar soporte de quotas. Mi /etc/fstab tiene este aspecto en la partición de la que quiero activar quotas: /dev/hdc1 /home ext3 defaults,usrquota 1 2 Además, dicho pc hace de servidor de NIS y los homes de los usuarios que están en dicha partición se automontan en las máquinas de la red. Para colmo, el mapa de NIS no sólo contiene los usuarios de los que existe homes sino que hay muchos más usuarios (mapa copiado de otro servidor más grande). Además he creado un fichero quota.user en el / de dicha partición. Se que existen varias versiones de quota (1 y 2) y que dicho fichero se debería llamar aquota.user para la versión 2. El caso es que no consigo que funcionen. Si el fichero le llamo quota.user (version 1) y hago repquota -a me sale un listado de todos mis usuarios poniendo muy bien la quota que tienen (modificado con edquota -u user) y todo lo demás, aunque luego realmente no funciona, la quota no está activa. Pero, si al fichero le llamo aquota.user (version 2) al hacer repquota -a me sale una lista con unos usuarios que no conozco y una serie de datos "extraños" que no tienen sentido para mí (supongo que cogidos del mapa de NIS general). Si ejecuto quotacheck -avug poniendo uno y otro fichero el tamaño que me sale de ambos ficheros es distinto, cosa normal por otro lado. Además, si intento ejecutar quotaon -a cuando existe el fichero quota.user me pone: quotaon: using /home/aquota.user on /dev/hdc1: No such file or directory Y si el fichero es el aquota.user me pone: quotaon: using /home/aquota.user on /dev/hdc1: Invalid argument No se si lo he explicado todo, ni si lo he hecho bien, pero alguien podría contarme si se me olvida algún paso, o que puedo hacer para que esto funcione ?.
