Pero parece que solo esta para ubuntu, como instalo los temas de kde-loo.org, o bueno, Donde encuentro temas para opensuse ya que casi todos ahi son para otras distros?

Luego con el emerald instalado se pueden cargar los temas, que se han de descomprimir (o tal vez se puedan mantener comprimidos) en una carpeta dentro de los archivos del GUI que estés usando, .kde4 o .gnome todo eso está en la documentación.
