[opensuse-es] Mapa de red
Hola, tenemos una red compuesta por varios router, pc, y otros equipos. Cuando empezó, hicimos una hoja excel, con los equipos y cada puerto que tiene (un router puede tener 24 puerto o más), la IP de cada equipo (algunos tienen IP fija y otros por DHCP), es decir un pequeño listado o mapa de la topología de red. A día de hoy mantener eso en una hoja excel es una locura. ¿¿Conocéis alguna aplicación WEB,para ver gráficamente el mapa de la red? Si estuviese basada en LAMP, sería ideal. No estamos buscando herramientas de administración de los equipos sino algo que gráficamente se vea la topología de la red. ¿Cual es vuestra experiencia en el control de las redes? ¿Cual es vuestra experiencia en el control de las redes?
Yo lo tengo detallado en un ODT, con dibujitos de los switches hechos a mano, numerados los puertos y sus conexiones (qué equipo lleva pinchado cada puerto, correlación swith<->patch-panel, puertos segmentados con VLAN, adsl asignado, etc...). En formato esquemático tipo tabla, nada de diagramas. A la larga es lo más flexible que he encontrado porque me permite añadir notas de configuración o actuaciones realizadas sobre los equipos (averías, cambios, componentes, firmwares de dispositivos, etc...). Es decir, me permite llevar un histórico de actividades. Mmm... acá en mi trabajo hay algo de eso hecho con el Nagios, pero no sé si en tu caso te servirá. Te pido disculpas por mi ignorancia pero es que cuando yo comencé a trabajar aquí el Nagios ya estaba configurado, por lo que no te puedo contar mucho sobre el tema. Puedes usar DIA para hacer los diagramas Yo usp GLPI con el añadido de Arquitectura de red (Network Architecture) Si consigues que funcione bien el cheos hace maravillas (eso si, preparate a currar).
