Cuando pongo: rcmysql start me aparece el siguiente error: Creating MySQL privilege database and starting MySQL... hostname: Nombre de `host' no encontrado Neither host '' and 'localhost' could not be looked up with /usr/bin/resolveip Please configure the 'hostname' command to return a correct hostname. If you want to solve this at a later stage, restart this script with the --force option ¿que ocurre? ¿que ficheros hay q configurar? he comprobado que hay dos ficheros mysqlaccess.conf y my.cnf que están correctos. ¿que puede ser?

Tu ordenador no tiene nombre. Esto tiene que funcionar: cer@nimrodel:~> resolveip 127.0.0.1 Host name of 127.0.0.1 is localhost cer@nimrodel:~> resolveip localhost IP address of localhost is 127.0.0.1
Please configure the 'hostname' command to return a correct hostname.

Si, ir a Yast->Servicios de Red->Nombres de Ordenador y mirar si 127.0.0.1 es localhost. (debería estar en la primera línea) -- Salutacions - Saludos, Josep M. Queralt
