En el /var/log/messages hay esto: 26 23:22:11 gardenia kernel: usb 3-6: new high speed USB device using address 3 May 26 23:22:11 gardenia kernel: usb 3-6: Product: USB DISK Pro May 26 23:22:11 gardenia kernel: usb 3-6: Manufacturer: May 26 23:22:11 gardenia kernel: usb 3-6: SerialNumber: 073C175A01E5 May 26 23:22:11 gardenia kernel: scsi1 : SCSI emulation for USB Mass Storage devices May 26 23:22:11 gardenia kernel: Vendor: Model: USB DISK Pro Rev: 1.09 May 26 23:22:11 gardenia kernel: Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 02 May 26 23:22:11 gardenia /etc/hotplug/usb.agent[16470]: need a device for this command May 26 23:22:13 gardenia kernel: SCSI device sda: 250880 512-byte hdwr sectors (128 MB) May 26 23:22:13 gardenia kernel: sda: assuming Write Enabled May 26 23:22:13 gardenia kernel: sda: assuming drive cache: write through May 26 23:22:13 gardenia /etc/hotplug/block.agent[16539]: try 1 while waiting for /block/sda's bus_id 1:0:0:0 May 26 23:22:13 gardenia kernel: sda: sda1 May 26 23:22:13 gardenia kernel: Attached scsi removable disk sda at scsi1, channel 0, id 0, lun 0 May 26 23:22:13 gardenia kernel: Attached scsi generic sg0 at scsi1, channel 0, id 0, lun 0, type 0 May 26 23:22:13 gardenia kernel: Vendor: Model: USB DISK Pro Rev: 1.09 May 26 23:22:13 gardenia kernel: Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 02 May 26 23:22:13 gardenia kernel: SCSI device sdb: 2880 512-byte hdwr sectors (1 MB) May 26 23:22:13 gardenia kernel: sdb: assuming Write Enabled May 26 23:22:13 gardenia kernel: sdb: assuming drive cache: write through May 26 23:22:13 gardenia /etc/hotplug/block.agent[16598]: try 1 while waiting for /block/sdb's bus_id 1:0:0:1 May 26 23:22:13 gardenia /etc/hotplug/block.agent[16561]: new block device /block/sda/sda1 May 26 23:22:13 gardenia kernel: sdb: sdb1 sdb2 sdb3 sdb4 May 26 23:22:13 gardenia kernel: Attached scsi removable disk sdb at scsi1, channel 0, id 0, lun 1 May 26 23:22:13 gardenia /etc/hotplug/scsi_device.agent[16765]: cat: /sys/class/scsi_device/1:0:0:1/device/type: No such file or directory May 26 23:22:13 gardenia kernel: Attached scsi generic sg1 at scsi1, channel 0, id 0, lun 1, type 0 May 26 23:22:13 gardenia kernel: USB Mass Storage device found at 3 May 26 23:22:13 gardenia /etc/hotplug/block.agent[16735]: waiting for /var/lock/block.agent.lock, process 16561 holds it May 26 23:22:13 gardenia /etc/hotplug/block.agent[16736]: waiting for /var/lock/block.agent.lock, process 16561 holds it May 26 23:22:13 gardenia /etc/hotplug/block.agent[16701]: waiting for /var/lock/block.agent.lock, process 16561 holds it May 26 23:22:13 gardenia /etc/hotplug/block.agent[16700]: waiting for /var/lock/block.agent.lock, process 16561 holds it May 26 23:22:14 gardenia /etc/hotplug/block.agent[16539]: waiting for /var/lock/block.agent.lock, process 16561 holds it May 26 23:22:14 gardenia /etc/hotplug/block.agent[16598]: waiting for /var/lock/block.agent.lock, process 16561 holds it May 26 23:22:25 gardenia /etc/hotplug/block.agent[16561]: mount by-path/usb-storage-073C175A01E5:0:0:0p1 La salida del comando mount es: gardenia:~ # mount /dev/hde5 on / type reiserfs (rw,acl,user_xattr) proc on /proc type proc (rw) tmpfs on /dev/shm type tmpfs (rw) devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,mode=0620,gid=5) /dev/hde6 on /home type reiserfs (rw,acl,user_xattr) /dev/hde7 on /mirror type reiserfs (rw,acl,user_xattr) /dev/hde2 on /mnt/windows/d type vfat (rw) /dev/hda on /media/dvd type subfs (ro,nosuid,nodev,fs=cdfss,procuid,iocharset=utf8) /dev/fd0 on /media/floppy type subfs (rw,nosuid, nodev, sync,fs=floppyfss, procuid) none on /proc/sys/fs/binfmt_misc type binfmt_misc (rw) usbfs on /proc/bus/usb type usbfs (rw) /dev/sdb4 on /media/usb-storage-073C175A01E5:0:0:1p4 type subfs (rw,noexec, nosuid, nodev, sync,fs=floppyfss, procuid) /dev/sda1 on /media/usb-storage-073C175A01E5:0:0:0p1 type subfs (rw,noexec, nosuid, nodev, sync,fs=floppyfss, procuid) /dev/sdb3 on /media/usb-storage-073C175A01E5:0:0:1p3 type subfs (rw,noexec, nosuid, nodev, sync,fs=floppyfss, procuid) /dev/sdb1 on /media/usb-storage-073C175A01E5:0:0:1p1 type subfs (rw,noexec, nosuid, nodev, sync,fs=floppyfss, procuid) /dev/sdb2 on /media/usb-storage-073C175A01E5:0:0:1p2 type subfs (rw,noexec, nosuid, nodev, sync,fs=floppyfss, procuid) El comportamiento es tan errtico que no s por donde empezar.
