[opensuse-el] vnc connection problem on os 13.2

Please kindly assist me on my problem. I have just installed the opensuse 13.2 for my first time. I also through yast enabled the remote administration and the firewall accordingly. I also followed up the instructions and restarted the display manager but unfortunately every time I am trying to connect either locally or by outside (I ve setup the port forwards accordingly) I reach the login page and while I successfully login during the fade in of the hard disc's icon I always get a popup saying network lost!
