Openoffice wird immer langsamer
Hallo ich arbeite jetzt seit 7 Monaten mit OpenOffice (verschiedene Versionen). Jetzt wird der Start und vorallem der Aufruf von Vorlagen immer langsamer. Muß hier irgendetwas aufgeräumt werden. Wo sind die tmp-Dateien oder die -bak. Dateien? Vielleicht weiß hier jemad, was los ist und kann mir einen Tipp geben. Schuss ins Blaue: Die Datei psfontcache ist zu sehr angewachsen. Lösche die Datei ~/OpenOffice/user/psprint/psfontcache und lege sie neu an: touch ~/OpenOffice/user/psprint/psfontcache Danach sperrst Du noch den Zugriff, damit sie nicht weiter anwächst: chmod 000 ~/OpenOffice/user/psprint/psfontcache (~/OpenOffice/ jeweils passend ersetzen) Frohe Weihnachten! Christian Boltz -- Bei mir war es dann doch sinnvoller, bei dem nicht funktionierenden Laufwerk (Scheiss Linux! Scheiss Yast! Scheiss Suse! Alles Scheisse!)...ähem... den IDE-Stecker auch wirklich reinzustecken (Scheiss Ratti....) :-)) [Ratti in suse-linux]
