Hallo, in ~/.bashrc (home/user/.bashrc)language support entsprechend auskommentieren, dann funktioniert es haeufig, aber nicht bei allen Programmen.
Hab ich doch gemacht. Meine LANG Variable steht doch auf de_DE.ISO-8859-1. Nutzt nur nicht viel. Auf das mit den Man-pages zurück. Ja es werden die deutschen man-pages in MANPATH eingebunden, aber am Schluß. Da nützen sie nichts. Einfach die Reihenfolge im Suchpfad aendern (/etc/profile fuer alle oder ~/.profile fuer Individualisten bei bash oder /etc/csh.cshrc bzw. ~/.tcshrc bei tcsh). Mit den LANG-Variablen brauchst Du da IMHO gar nicht rumzufurwerken, die wird AFAIR dabei gar nicht ausgewertet. Hi, ich waere vorsichtig damit die "deutschen mans" voranzustellen, da sie erstens unvollstaendig und zweitens nicht immer aktuell sind. Aber um diesem thread endlich mal ein Ende zu bereiten: 1.
