KDE 1.1 - Systemklänge, lp0 <--> lp1 ???
Hallo Pinguine nah und fern ! Gestern habe ich mich entschlossen , nun doch mein System auf einen etwas neueren Stand (Kernel 2.0.35 --> Kernel 2.2.3,KDE1.1) zu bringen. Das war auch soweit kein Problem,das Update ganzen Komponenten ging eigentlich recht flott (da über ein "ZwischenUpdate" auf SuSE 6.0 :-), jedoch zwei Kleinigkeiten sind noch übrig. Das erste ist für mich ansich nicht weiter störend, sondern ich suche nach einer Erklärung dafür: /dev/lp1 ist auf einmal /dev/lp0 Hat hier irgendjemand eine Erklärung dafür ? Nochmal: An der Hardware wurde nichts geändert !!! Das zweite ist an sich auch kein Beinbruch wenn es nicht funktionieren würde , aber ... ;-) Die Systemklänge unter KDE 1.1 : Im System ist eine Soundkarte SB Vibra 16 installiert (mit einer kommerziellen Version von OSS, sollte doch eigentlich keinen unterschied machen), die auch soweit funktioniert (z.B. kmidi,dem Media-Player,kmixer...). Die Systemklänge von KDE 1.1 kriege ich jedoch auch nach längeren Versuchen nicht zum tönen, ebenfalls davon betroffen ist auch der connect/disconnect(...)-Klang von kISDN. Woran könnte das liegen,bzw was ist der Unterschied im Zugriff auf das Soundsystem von z.B. dem Media Player von KDE zu kISDN ?
