php-Dateien starten??
Hallo Liste, ich habe Probleme PHP Dateien zu starten. Speziell phpMyAdmin unter SuSE 8.0 Gemäß Beschreibung gibt man im Web-Browser http://www.<myhost.com>/<install_dir>/index.php3 (oder php bei PHP 4.0) ein. Bei mir würde das also: http://www.localhost/usr/local/httpd/htdoc/phpMyAdmin/index.php lauten. Ich alle entprechenden Pakete (mod_php4, mod_php4-core, phpdoc, phplib, mod_php4-devel, und natürlich phpMyAdmin) installiert. Nur kann ich das Programm nicht starten. Die Fehlermeldung lautet: Unbekannter Fehler beim Laden von ..... (hier steht der http:....-Aufruf). Rechner localhost nicht gefunden. In keiner Doku ist irgendwas vernünftiges dazu zu finden. Was mache ich hier falsch?? Grüße, Markus Förg

Hallo Markus, probier mal folgenden Aufruf: http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/index.php Deine Pfadangabe ist falsch, weil Du das Verzeichnis /usr/local/httpd/htdocs als DocumentRoot hast, siehe /etc/httpd/httpd.conf! Schönen Gruß, Sebastian

Nein! Bei Verwendung von 'localhost' darfst Du kein 'www' davorsetzen. Du gibst ganz einfach mal: http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/ ein und wenn Du den Apachen richtig für PHP konfiguriert hast bekommst Du sie Startseite von phpMyAdmin angezeigt. Versuch das mal und sollte es nicht klappen dann meldest Du Dich wieder. [...]

Hi! Lass mal das www und /usr/local/httpd/htdoc weg :-) Erstes braucht localhost nicht, letzteres ist der Documentroot-Pfad des Webservers (SuSE-Standard). Es reicht ein: http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/index.php Udo
