Du kannst nicht zwei Dateisysteme auf das selbe Verzeichnis mounten, eines muß in ein Unterverzeichnis auf dem anderen.

Such dir ein Verzeichnis unter /usr, das so aussieht, als hätte die hdb dafür genau die richtige Größe, nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig, z. Was, die ganze Platte /dev/hdb? Nicht partitioniert?

/usr als RAID-1 kreieren (Ja, damit verlierst du die Daten auf der alten Partition) oder als linear-RAID (dann musst du 'nur' ext2 groesser wachsen lassen).
