Hi mir ist gerade beim KInternet-Log etwas eigenartiges aufgefallen. Die Größer der gesendeten und empfangen Bytes kann irgendwie nicht passen. So sieht es z.B bei mir aus: We are connected. Trotzdem sagt er mir, dass 35722511 bytes versendet wurden und 9706654 empfangen. Wenn mich jetzt nicht alles täuscht wären das 35 und 9 MB. Und das bei 1 Minute online? Es ist auch egal wie lange ich online bin, immer sind die Zahlen gleich. Sie unterscheiden sich meist nur um wenige 100 kb. Woran kann das liegen? Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen. MfG Christof

Die Zahlen sollten nicht gleichbleiben, sondern von Verbindung zu Verbindung ansteigen. Das liegt daran, dass der pppd die Byte-Zähler nicht beim Verbindungsaufbau zurücksetzt. Wenn du den pppd im Demand-Modus betreibst, dann läuft der pppd immer und summiert die Bytes *aller* Verbindungen seit seinem Start. (Ungewöhnlich ist allerdings, dass die Zahl der gesendeten Byte größer ist als die Zahl der empfangenen Bytes: Hast du viel Uploads gemacht oder bist du Teilnehmer eines PtP-Netzwerkes?) Axo. Jetzt wo du es sagts, fällt es mir auf, dass es ansteigt. Wusste ich nicht, dass er es dazu zählt, dacht er setzt es bei jeder Einwahl zurück. Danke. :-)

Ich nicht, aber mein Bruder hängt mit seinem Windows-Rechner noch dran und er nutzt Kazaa. Daran wirds wohl liegen.
