Hallo Liste! Ich habe KDE2 Final auf meinem SuSE 7.0 installiert. (Kann aber nach dem Start von KDE2 nicht erkennen, ob es wirklich KDE2 Final ist, oder noch eine Beta) Ich muss jetzt aber KDE2 ständig mit "WINDOWMANAGER=kde2; startx" starten. Wenn ich nur startx eingebe, startet KDE1. Wie kann ich KDE2 als Standard definieren, damit ich nur noch startx eingeben muss, um KDE2 zu starten. Entweder in der ~/.profile die Zeile "export WINDOWMANAGER=kde2" hinzufügen oder ganz einfach - YaST(1) aufrufen. - Administration des Systems - Einstellungen susewm - Systemweite Voreinstellung: kde2 - Systemweite Konfigurationdatei erzeugen: ja - <Weiter> Dann sollte SuSEconfig durchlaufen und die Sache ist erledigt.
