Hallo Liste, ist es möglich, einen auf SuSE-Linux mit gcc 2.95.2 kompilierten Kernel für mein neues Debian Woody System zu verwenden?
IMHO sollte das funktionieren, ich weiß aber nicht wie das mit den Modul-Abhängigkeiten aussieht. Wenn es ausreicht, daß Du die Module in /lib/modules/kernel-version kopierst, klappt das... Ich selber habe das nur mit verschiedenen SuSE Versionen ausprobiert, da hat es funktioniert...(Alle auf dem gleichen PC ) Einfach die Module nach /lib/modules/version kopiert, lilo angepasst und mit neuem Kernel gebootet.
