Webcam-Projekt unter Linux
Hi * Ich möchte an meinem Server (Linux) eine Webcam betreiben. Die einzigen Richtgrößen sind: a) es muß eine Unterstützung (softwaremäßig) dafür existieren b) die Gesamtkosten (incl Kamera) sollten DM200 nicht wesentlich überschreiten. Denkbar wäre auch ein reiner Adapter (Grafikkarte?) an den ich eine kleine Cam anschließen kann (Video-In), die kosten hier um DM100, bei Grafikkarten auch mehr. Hat jemand eine Idee? Danke schonmal. Connectix Quickcam scheint gut zu funktionieren. Hmm. Sprengt leider den Preis, aber mit der NetEye von Axis haben wir beste Erfahrungen gemacht. Die hat nen eigenen kleinen Web- und FTP-Server (bis 5 konkurrierende Zugriffe) eingebaut und funktioniert deshalb auch an Linux spitze. Genau von dieser Cam habe ich schon gehört (ich werde sie bei der nächsten Install-Party an meinem Server laufen haben, leider nur geliehen :-( Ach ja: Eine Frage habe ich dazu: wir (ich) möchte, daß jede Minute ein Bild von der Cam auf die Homepage geladen wird (cron-job + wget). Ist das in dieser Form leicht möglich oder gibt es andere(bessere) Methoden?
