gibts /usr/bin/gs? Was passiert wenn Du das Kommando in der Shell startest und ein ps-file reinpipest? Wie sehen die BErechtigungen aus? (also cat test.ps|/usr/bin/gs -q -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -sDEVICE#ljet4 -sOutputFile#- - > /dev/lp0 oder so) mach Dir doch mal ein Shellskript nach folgender Bauart: #!/bin/bash set > /var/log/environment /usr/bin/gs $* und trag das in die printcap als Filter ein.
