kein Boot nach updates von gestern und nur $ shell
Huhu Liste, ich habe ein Problem mit den letzten updates. Ich habe eine opensuse 10.3 die von einer 10.2 upgedated wurde. Beim update hatte ich schon mit GRUB Probleme. Leider habe ich gerade keine DVD zur Hand, von der ich booten könnte. Nun kommt bei mir die Fehlermeldung, dass er /dev/hda1 nicht finden kann, ich hatte wenn dann aber /dev/sda1, weiterhin bietet er mir an, dass er auf den Hardwarestring der Festplatte zurückgreifen will. Dies endet dann entweder in Kernel panic, oder beim 3. Versuch in ein shell mit $ wo ich keinen mir bekannten Befehl ausführen kann. Ein reboot bringt z.B. shutdown: No such file or directory unter /etc finde ich nur eine mtab und es fehlen hunderte von dateien Auch kann ich keinen vi aufrufen um z.B. eine Datei anzulegen oder so. Ziemlich strange das ganze. Wenn ich nun etwas ins Verzeichnis root mounte, dann bekomme ich z.B. die Dateien zu gesicht, kann diese aber mangels Editor nicht bearbeiten? Die Lösung war so einfach :) beim booten gibt man den Parameter root=/dev/sda1 <= also die rootpartition mitgeben dadurch startet das System sauber durch. Dann habe ich noch als root unter /etc die fstab auf eben dieses Bootdivice geändert und unter /boot/grub die menu.lst . das wars :) -- Um die Liste abzubestellen, schicken Sie eine Mail an: opensuse-de+unsubscribe@opensuse.org Um eine Liste aller verfuegbaren Kommandos zu bekommen, schicken Sie eine Mail an: opensuse-de+help@opensuse.org

da wirst du /usr mit mounten müssen .. und korrekte Pfadangaben machen muessen, denn die Pfade aus der /etc/profile hat er natürlich auch nicht! vermute mal in /bin oder /usr/bin steht ein Editor...
wäre ja für jeden hinweis dankbar.

das kannst du auch über eine (beliebige) LifeCD lösen ... LiveSystem starten ... Partitionen mounten .. bearbeiten...usw. oder aus Windows raus mit ext2fs-Tool... ..oder...
