hi everybody, has anyone else encountered problems with smbmount ? If I try to mount a windows share using mount -t smb //ip/sharename /mnt/xyz - then i can mount the share - but when i then try to access these directory i am always getting a sigsev - dmesg also shows some strange kernel-module-panics. I have also mailed this error to suse-support - but the meant i should buy advanced support and then the would bother about the error. But it looks like a general failure of SuSE 8.0 - and so i think the should work on it. I will try to make my own kernel mfg Wolfgang Pichler
