Hi Leute, also ich habe einen reproduzierbaren Fehler hier für meinen pptp Server. Ich wähle mich von ausen ein, was auch fumnktioniert, aber die Verbindung bricht immer mit folgendem Fehler in den messages ab: Jan 10 22:42:26 router pppd[27906]: Script /etc/ppp/ip-down finished (pid 28461), status = 0x0 Jan 10 22:42:27 router pppd[27906]: Connection terminated. Jan 10 22:42:27 router pppd[27906]: Connect time 1.9 minutes. Jan 10 22:42:27 router pppd[27906]: Sent 132 bytes, received 568 bytes. Jan 10 22:42:27 router pppd[27906]: Connect time 1.9 minutes. Jan 10 22:42:27 router pppd[27906]: Sent 132 bytes, received 568 bytes. Jan 10 22:42:27 router pppd[27906]: Exit. Jan 10 22:42:27 router pptpd[27905]: Error reading from pppd: Input/output error Jan 10 22:42:27 router pptpd[27905]: CTRL: GRE read or PTY write failed (gre,pty)=(6,5) Jan 10 22:42:27 router pptpd[27905]: CTRL: Client 217.233.1.209 control connection finished Aber ich werde daraus nicht schlau. soweit ich das beurteilen kann, steht da nur, dass die Verbindung beendet wurde, aber nicht warum, vermutlich von der Gegenseite. Ich vermute mal, dass irgendwo auf deinem PPTP-Server ein Timeout von 2 Minuten eingestellt ist. soweit ich das beurteilen kann, steht da nur, dass die Verbindung beendet wurde, aber nicht warum, vermutlich von der Gegenseite. Ich vermute mal, dass irgendwo auf deinem PPTP-Server ein Timeout von 2 Minuten eingestellt ist. Schau doch mal dort ins Log-File, vielleicht findest du da einen Hinweis... Ich habe bisher nur /varłog/messages entdeckt, in denen überhaupt etwas steht. Zum anderen ist das Problem, dass ich keine timeout Option in den Konfiguratiosdateien gefunden habe.

Ich denkemal, das das schon mit einem Timeout zu tun hat. Ich würde an Deiner Stelle mal auf dem entfernten Rechner einen WINS-Server Eintrag machen, auf einem WINS-Server, der hinter dem Tunnel steht, dann hast Du automatisch immer etwas Traffic, welcher nicht zur Last fällt, aber dafür sorgt, das kein Timeout kommt. Hmm, ziemlich wenig Daten. Bricht die Verbindung auch unter "Last" weg? Das ist das zweite Problem. VOm PopTop Server aus komme ich nicht weiter. Ich kann nur auf die zugewiesene IP auf dem Client pingen, der Rest läuft ins leere. Aber ich dachte, erst den Time Out in den Griff u kriegen und dann den Rest zu packen.
