möglichkeiten: a) "/bin/sh" existiert nicht, oder zeigt auf falschen Pfad/Programm b) script ist nicht "executabel" (x-Flag) c) die datei "testfile" hat falsche rechte im übrigen sollte sich Unix/Linux gleich verhalten. Welche Shell hast du denn unter Linux, und welche unter UniX (vorallem welches unix ?) ?? Ist bei Linux nicht anders. Existiert testfile? Existiert /bin/sh? Existiert das Skript (so wie Du es aufrufst)? Ist es ausführbar? Hast Du auf die Schreibweise geachtet? Groß/Klein.
