Hallo,

ich habe heute die nvidiatreiber geupdated. Das Ergebnis ist, dass ich nur noch eine Auflösung von 1024x768 gekomme. Ich kann nichts anderes einstellen. Ich habe auch mal den nouveau probiert. Da ist es nicht anders. Dabei hat er eine Auflösung von 3840x2160.

Was kann man da machen? Die grafischen "NVIDIA xserver settings" starten gar nicht erst:

Der Treiber wird scheinbar nicht richtig geladen.

(Manchmal sollte man echt auf sein Gefühl hören und es sein lassen. :-( )

Diese wird dann aber 1:1 im grafischen System übernommen und ist nicht änderbar. Wenn ich die volle Auflösung wähle, ist das Emailfenster schwarz, so dass ich nichts lesen kann. Außerdem gebt es da Probleme mit den Bediensymbolen, die auch nicht mehr sichtbar sind. Das systemsettingsfenster stürzt dauernd ab bei den Monitoreinstellungen (vielleicht auch bei anderen). Hier steckt nvidia_drv.so drin, ist also Version 440.26

Hier ist das Kernelmodul nvidia.ko, siehe 'rpm -ql nvidia-gfxG05-kmp-default' Das sollte eigentlich so installiert werden, das es beim modinfo auftaucht. Mach ggfs. mal: # find /lib/modules/ -name 'nvidia.ko' -ls Irgendwo lungert da noch die 435er Version rum...

Nein, das sind ja Checkboxen, und nur die ausgewählten werden behalten bzw. deinstalliert.
