Gestern habe ich mir einen CD-Brenner zugelegt. Das Gerät ist ein Traxdata CDR4120PRO. Dazu habe ich mir eine SymBios-SCSI-Karte gekauft. Ich habe die Kernelunterstützug aktiviert und das Laufwerk wird auch erkannt. Nur weis ich nicht, wo ich es finden soll. Der SCSI-Controler gibt folgende Meldung asu beim Start: TRAXDATA CDR4120 HBA 0 ID 3 LUN 0.
Wahrscheinlich, denk ich mal, unter /dev/scd0. sd?? sind die Laufwerke, sda das erste, sdb das zweite usw, und die Zahlen geben die Partition an. SCSI-CDRoms werden mit scd? angesprochen, das erste mit scd0 usw.
