Hallo Markus! Durch Zufall habe ich diese Mail gelesen, ich habe das gleiche Problem mit Samba. Die Netzwerkumgebung von Windoof zeigt zwar den Linux-Rechner an, beim gewünschten Zugriff darauf habe ich exakt die gleichen (untenstehenden) Meldungen.(wenn security = user gesetzt ist). Der Benutzer auf dem Windoof Rechner existiert natürlich auch auf dem Linux Rechner. Meine Samba Log Datei zeigt folgende Meldung: log.smb: standard input is not a socket, assuming -D option Incorrect program usage - are you sure the command line is correct? standard input is not a socket, assuming -D option bind failed on port 139 socket_addr=0.0.0.0 (Address already in use) bind failed on port 139 socket_addr=0.0.0.0 (Address already in use) Was ist hier der Fehler? - Ping funktioniert doch
Hallo, eines vorweg: Ich bin Linux-Neuling! Heute habe ich meine Netzwerkkarte unter Linux eingerichtet und dann kann die anderen sinnlos9x PCs meines Netzwerkes "anpingen". Ich setzte mich gleich daran Samba zu konfigurieren. Unter den sinnlos9x Rechnern finde ich meinen PC auch, aber wenn ich auf ihn zugreifen möchte, kommt es zu folgender Abfrage: Netzwerkkennwort eingeben Für diese Verbindung müssen Sie ein Kennwort angeben: Ressource: \\THORSTEN\IPC$ Kennwort:
Leider bekomme ich auf diesem PC ohne Kennwort und auch mit Root-Kennwort keinen Zugang. Kann mir jemand sage, was ich als Passwort eingeben oder wo es unter Linux (SuSE 5.3) >vereinbart ist?
also: der benutzer, unter dem du dich an der win-kiste anmeldest, muss es auch unter linux geben, das anmelde passwort muss dass selbe sein und dann musst du noch mit dem kommando 'smbpsswd' das userpasswort für samba setzen. dann sollte es laufen.
Was hat es mit dem userpasswort für samba auf sich? Mein Linux ist übrigens die SuSE 6.0 (falls das nötig ist zu wissen) -- Um aus der Liste ausgetragen zu werden, eine Mail an majordomo@suse.com schicken, mit dem Text: unsubscribe suse-linux
