Also es gibt afaik nur 2 gängige Verfahren eine Anfrage an den Paketfilter/Router/Firewall an einen dahinter liegenden Server weiter zu geben, das eine ist das schon erwähnte Portforwarding das mit ziemlich kryptischen (zumindest wenn einem die Übung fehlt) Kernelfunktionen erfolgt, Beispiele dafür habe ich selbst im Einsatz, oder ein proxy und delegated ist ein proxy der noch ein paar recht nette Sicherheitsfeatures mitbringt die sich nicht auf den ersten Blick erschliessen. Der sperrt nämlich auch Leute aus die offensichtlich unsinn treiben und loggt wirklich alles mit, mehr als ein simpler Paketforwarder je könnte da dem nicht halb so viele Infos zur Verfügung stehen. Aber mach was du für Richtig hälst es ist Deine Maschine, dein Netz, und deine Daten.
